    Joing Search Terms Together

What I'm after doing is allowing customers to search for tracks or artist within a specific group. So when a customer types in a track title they can select only to search Karaoke tracks or search original artist tracks.

At the moment if a customer searches for an Artist or Title it searches the whole site, I want to be able to narrow it down so that it automatically puts a CDK or CDA in front of the search phrase.

    Example

    http://www.thedjbox.com/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl?SS=CDK+elvis&REFPAGE=http://www.thedjbox.com/acatalog/&PR=-1&TB=A&SHOP=

This would search for any karaoke CD's (CDK) which has elvis on them. The problem is when I do it it adds the search term on the end.

    Example:

    http://www.thedjbox.com/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl?SS=CDK&PR=-1&TB=A&SHOP=&REFPAGE=http://www.thedjbox.com/acatalog/&SS=elvis

    Any help would be appreciated.

I am sure the C&C Actinic guys will keep you right here but I am sure you can build custom searches although maybe only in business.

This is covered in the Actinic training which you can take part in by contacting Actinic directly.
