    CSV file export

    Hi,

I am trying to get all the information that displays on the order screen to a CSV file....anyone know how I could do this ?

    Thanks,

Highlight the orders, then right click and choose ReExport To Files.
This will give you multiple csv files you can play with.
Note: I think exporting the orders will make them complete so they will move to the complete tab.

Failing that Mole-end have created a program that has the ability to create a custom csv file for what ever purpose you require.

Does the export remove them in any way or just make the complete? I have some complete orders i want to extract the data on.

It locks them in compete and updates the Invoice and Packing List record with "exported"

I did this and noticed that it also then removes them from showing on the Sales Analysis report. Interestingly I was playing with exporting, did export some as a test, and then had to go and run the reports for my bookkeeper - the Sales Analysis was 'missing' some data because of the export.
