    Adding single product

Just recently when I add a new product and then publish that single product to web, the section & product content is there, but if I try to add to cart I get this message below:

A General Script Error Occurred - Error: There was a problem with some information in the online shop so we cannot take your order. Please contact the shop owner with this information so that they can rectify the problem. Details: The version number () of one of your uploaded data files (Section blob) is incompatible with the existing script version (12). Solution: Refresh the site.
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

Sure enough if I do a full refresh of the site (which takes ages) all is then ok.....any ideas ?

    thanks,

The only thing I can think of is that there might be an old file sitting in your sitehtml folder and this is being uploaded when you publish to web. (I'm not entirely sure this makes sense as it would probably also take preference during a refresh as well).

The easiest way to check is to look at the files in there and see if there are any with an older date on them.

The solution would be to delete everything from the sitehtml folder and refresh your site. Actinic will then generate all the files from fresh. Take a back up first as I always hate the thought of deleting lots of stuff.

The knowledge base suggests the sitehtml folder has moved from 10.3 onwards so you might need to search a bit to find it.
