Radio Buttons Ignore Column Count Again in V16

When I previously upgraded our website to V14 from V12, we experienced the above problem, something Norman raised in V12.

Our nicely aligned choices with images were in several columns, normally four, sometimes more, but this was all lost when we upgraded to V14. After several months, and many chasers, Support managed to make some adjustments and all was good.

Then along came V16 and the upgrade has created the same problem again, and all of my choices now appear in one single column, ignoring the request to display them in four or more columns.
I have raised a Support Ticket but so far, they are unable to resolve it, suggesting that there must be a bug. However, after having checked the sample data in the V16 beta, the problem seems to appear there too, and not just in my site.

Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas on how to resolve it?

In v2014 and v2016 the Responsive CSS has a style .selectOptions ul li to apply the same fix you can remove the clear:both; which will put it back to columns.

Thank you Louise, Sorry for not responding earlier but only managed to apply your fix today. I really appreciate your response and the clear information and instructions. (SD Support still haven't responded to me with a solution after a week, it took you a few hours to respond and for free!!)

What did confuse me more is when I applied your fix and previewed it, the choices were in columns, but spread right across the page, breaking the design. However, when uploaded and viewed seems to work fine, which is what is important.

I changed the internal preview compatibility to IE11 and then the preview on SD looks fine too.

      Thanks again for your help.
