    Mega Menu Design

    Hi,
Have any designers out there improved the Mega Menu that comes with V14.
The Mega Menu is all working well on my site.. but it looks.. well... a bit boring.
I'd be willing to buy a Mega Menu that was a bit more attractive. Anyone got one?
    Cheers

    It's still boring in 2016!

Would be nice if it was Bold text and maybe a choice of colours - even different colours on each tab.

Any text too long and the box shifts to a second line - ugly.

The style of the mega menu is completely configurable, but you do need some understanding of CSS. You can find the style definitions by clicking the 'Current Stylesheet' button in the Design tab and searching for 'mega'.

So can you change say just one tab to red, with white writing for a sale section?

I played to the best of my limitations (low) and at least got the background a shade darker on the drop downs to prevent white on white - and removed the dotted lines, Also made the top level bold text

Agreed with some knowledge I am sure it can look good

Did a search and found help from Goz re the lines and Norman posted about the bold text

You should be able to do that using the nth-child pseudo-selector, see eg https://css-tricks.com/how-nth-child-works/. I haven't tried it, though.
