    Using Link - Customer addresses from orders received are not appearing in Sage

    If the customers are registered customers, you need to put the Sage Customer reference in the SellerDeck External Reference field on the 'Account' tab. If they are unregisterd customers there is a limitation in v1.1, i.e Link cannot create customers in Sage. It will however transfer the customer address. v2.0 of Sage, however, has the ability to transfer customer and address details from unregistered customer orders.
