Can the service cope with high loads?

Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports.

Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI are being replaced by SellerdeckPay powered by ClearAccept:

Millions of payments are already transacted across the service used by SellerDeck Payments every month. There is massive redundancy built into the service and therefore is expected that it will cope with any load that occurs in practice. It is possible that if peak loadings occurred at the same time as, say, two locations were down then service quality would suffer. However, the likelihood of this occurring is extremely remote. This is given that peak loads are occasional, locations are rarely unavailable and are immediately brought back on stream.
