    Import Eccom orders error

    For some reason when i use the import Eccom orders function in EPOS it is showing 0 files complete, when i have 17 orders (completed) to bring across so i can run reports?

    This may of happened because we had an issue with our network last week ? All fixed now and EPOS link running again ok.... During this time i first tried to import the orders into EPOS with this problem occuring.

    This has happened before (many years ago) and i recall that there was some way of going into the eccom database and adjusting the relevant orders so they appear to have not been exported....

    Anyone know how to do this?
