Upload Stall on "Checking Order History File"

I am trying to upload my site and am struggling as the function seems to stall on "Checking Order History File"

Is anyone else experiencing this error or a sudden drop in upload speed in SD16?

if you have any fixes i would be grateful to hear them.

Checking Order History File stall

I'm getting the same problem. Every time I go to upload the site it stalls on "checking order history file". Did anyone have a solution for this problem?

Try the normal Compacting Database a couple of times preferably if you can in "access" as that seems to get better results

I had the same problem. Tracked it down to a faulty component/attribute/choice. I can't remember exactly what the problem was. It was something to do with the name of the component after an update. Deleted it and it was fine. I found it by taking a snap shot and then progressively deleting+purging parts of the store until it worked (using test mode, rather than live site). Process of elimination.
