Sorry Chris, no idea really. I'm not sure the Sellerdeck php.exe can be called remotely but I don't know much about it really.

As long as you keep your software updated, have a decent Av and firewall like Kasperski and run your network behind a router then the chances are you'll be safe enough.

Just keep regular backups somewhere safe because there's always a slim chance of malicious code getting in one way or another.

Your java application looks like it needs updating and possibly Adobe acrobat as well. I don't know why you have still have java version 6 installed. You should probably uninstall that as Version 8 is the latest and you already have that.
