    Not Transferring to Paypal

    I was given the following fix by Sellerdeck Support for the above problem:

    1. Find and Edit "OCCPayPalTemplate.pl" within the (site)\CommonOCC folder with a text editor like Notepad.

    2. Do a search for the line

    $sCountry =~ s/^GB$/UK/;

    3. Replace it with

    $sCountry =~ s/^UK$/GB/;

    4. Apply and ok the changes and then update the site.

    I did this but when I got to Apply and OK, I got a dialogue box sying "Access Denied" and I couldn't complete the fix.

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks

    Doug

    It sounds like it could be UAC rights on your computer. Try signing in as an administrator or turning off UAC.

      Or right click on the icon or link for your text editor (Notepad, Notepad++ etc) and select the option to run as administrator. Then follow those instructions support gave you.

          I'll try that now - thanks. I'll let you know.

            Goz - you're fix enabled me to save the changes.

            The Support instructions then said "Update" the site. There isn't a choice that says "update" so I did "Publish to Web". However, that hasn't fixed the problem. Should I do "Refesh"? or maybe "Send Files"?

              The change should have been picked up by sellerdeck and included in the 'publish to web'.

              When you say 'Not Transferring to Paypal' is it the same problem as in this thread?

                With the operative word being "should"

                  Mike - Yes it is (I missed that thread). I'll have a good look at that and see if it answers the question.

                    It is worth reading the other thread. There are a few suggestions in that thread. Not least that the UK / GB change doesn't appear to have much, if any, impact on the problem.
