    How to create stock orders in SellerDeck EPOS

    To create a stock order in SellerDeck EPOS, see below:

    First, make sure you have a customer created for your companies address. This will be used as the “Ship to:” address on the stock order:
    1. In EPOS, go to “Customers”
    2. Click “Add”
    3. Enter your companies address



    4. Click “Save”.

    To create a stock order, see below:
    1. Go to “Stock orders”
    2. Select the “Supplier” drop down list, and select the Supplier you wish to order from.
    3. Under “Customer” select the ship to address for the stock order, which maybe your companies address.
    4. If you wish to only order items from the Supplier you have selected in 2), tick “Filter by Supplier”.
    5. Click on the “Select Stock Replenishment” tab.

      This tab will display all the products which have stock levels currently below the “Minimum stock level” specified.

      You can order all items suggested by clicking “Select all”, then “Order items”

      To order only specific products, click on each product, then click “Order items”
    6. Now click on “View order details”, to see the items you have added to the order so far.
    7. To add mote products to the order, click “Lookup”, then “Lookup” again and find the product you wish to order.
    8. Once you have found the product you want to order, enter the quantity you wish to order in “Quantity” required:”
    9. Then, click “Add” to add the item to the order.



    10. Repeat this process until you have added all the items you want to order to the list.
    11. You can now print a purchase order to send to your supplier, y clicking “Print”, then “Purchase Order”
    12. Finally, click “Save”, then “Yes” to “Confirm as local order”.
    13. Click “Close”


    To stock in your Stock order:
    1. In EPOS, go to “Stock in”
    2. Click “Orders”.
    3. Highlight the row for the order you want to book in.
    4. Click “Book in”. (Click "Yes" to the message which appears).
    5. You will now see a list of all the items on the order. Enter the quantity you want to book in, in “Quantity received” for each item.
    6. When you are finished, click “Book in”. (Click “Yes”, TO “Confirm – Book Stock IN?”)


    You have now successfully booked these items into Stock. If there are items outstanding on your stock order, to book in the remaining items, repeat the steps “To stock in your stock order” above, the “quantity shipped” will show the quantities remaining on the order.
