Unable to use HTML email layouts for SellerDeck Business Plus and above

If you have upgraded your site from a version previous from v12, then you may find that your HTML email layouts are missing. This isn’t common but it can happen. However, there is an easy way to get these back.
  1. Open the software and license a default site (File | Sites | License new site)
  2. Activate the new site you have created.
  3. Go to Design | Export Specific Design Elements…
  4. Click next twice and then browse to where you would like to save the design elements. Then click next again.
  5. Give a description of HTML Layouts and click next
  6. Un-tick ‘Unchanged’ on the right hand side of the window, and then scroll down and make sure that ‘Email Inner Layout’ and ‘Email Outer Layout’ are ticked. Click next.
  7. Make sure you unselect the rest of the options it gives you to export, so click “Select None”, on the subsequent pages. You only want to export the Email layouts.
  8. When the file has exported open up your site and go to File | Snapshot | Import Design. You can then import the design elements file you just exported.

Once these have been imported the HTML emails will be available and you can use this KB article to configure them:

Also please note, importing these email will replace any custom layouts you have in ‘Email Inner Layouts’ and ‘Email Outer Layouts’.
