I think you will have to give a lot more information for people to be able to help starting with the names of the server companies etc

Not me. I don't use 123 Reg for web hosting.

If you've tried but can't get it to work then you'll need to post your network settings and the error messages you get when you run the network settings test if you want further help.

You can export the network settings and then copy and paste them into the forum. Just make sure you delete the username and password settings as you don't want them published on a public forum.

I should say that others have had problems with 123 reg and a search will bring up those threads so you can see if any have come across your problem before. It's rare that there's a new problem with the common web hosting companies.

This has the // the wrong way around.

                  WEBSITEURL http:\\www.bagcraft.co.uk

                  Might cause a problem.

Also as Norman says, details of what the error messages are will give us a clue as to what we should be looking at.

The site seems to be working fine but this must be on the old server.

There are a couple of things you need to be aware of:

                    1) You can't get the network settings to work on a new server until you point the dns servers at it.

                    2) Your error.err file on the current server is massive. You need to delete that as it will probably be hurting the performance of the site.

Can you run a network test (click the 'test' button') and let us know what happens.

Also /public_html/cgi-bin/ isn't anywhere in your network settings. Did you change them?
