Order emails - different

Up to 2016 I used to use order emails to get addresses etc - by using the CC in the order email tab, now this crashes 2016 if you enter an email address in the CC field.

In addition the emails look nice in html but the link on the top left of 2016 generated emails is a missing image sign - the red X symbol.

Anybody else have these issues?

There's no known problem with the order email CC field in SellerDeck 2016 - I don't get a crash here when I use it. I would contact support about that, there could be a problem with your database.

WRT the image in the email, you will see an X if the email client hasn't downloaded images. Some of them don't by default, Outlook in particular. There's normally a link you have to click to download the images with the email.
