Sage Pay: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

If you are trying to use Sage Pay in test mode, you may see this error message:

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

This error message is occurring because Sage Pay’s test system is currently experiencing issues, so you are unable to use Sage Pay in test mode. Sage Pay are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it shortly.

Well thats not exactly an accurate answer.

The reason the testbed no longer works is that Sagepay ceased support for tests with V2.22 / V2.23 protocols at the start of 2015 and as yet there is still no support for Sagepay protocol V3.00 within Sellerdeck. ie: there is no fault with Sagepay, they announced this would occur well over a year ago and have had V3.00 protocol running for well over half a year.

Sagepay cease support for V2.xx protocols entirely in July 2015 so even production Sellerdeck sites will stop working then. At present Sellerdeck have only announced support for Sagepay V3.00 for V11 onwards and have yet to announce a date for the patch.
