    Frames

    Hi there,

    Hope you can help,

Using v5 and have had many complaints from customers recieving errors whilst placing an order. Most errors are coming up with 'Cookie error' although many have been to do with Frames.
Our site is Dreamweaver based and i've heard actinic doesn't like opening up within frames!

    Regards,

    Mike

Yes, you should upgrade to v5.1.4 in order to eliminate some problems that arise when customers browse with Norton Internet Security.

Also, if you are using a custom frame check that the domain name that the frame is on is the same as the domain name that your Actinic store is running under. If there is any difference then IE6 will give you 'third-party cookie' issues and customers will not be able to place orders.

          Thanks again!

Planning on upgrading to v5, will this illiminate some of the current errors?

          Cheers
