    Startup site name conflict error?

    Upon startup of Actinic, I am getting the error: "The specified site name conflicts with an existing site name or a reserved name. Please specify a new site name."

    This is occuring since a restart after a strange "Another instance of Actinic is running..." error (No instance of Actinic was running at the time).

    No configurations have been changed, and no sites have been added. The catalog had been running error free for months until now.

    Please help - the online store is currently useless!

    The best way to fix this is to upgrade to 5.1.4. You can get a patch for this from

    http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v5/index.htm

    As a very quick fix, try going to 'Start | Run' and running the command line below:

    "C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Catalog.exe" /s Site1

    This should get you back into the software.
