    Getting additional info from customer

We sell an expensive range of tablecloths which come in standard sizes. But most of our customers have non-standard size tables. A big part of our business is cutting and finishing standard cloths to customer specified sizes, but many customers prefer to do this work themselves.

So for each pattern that we sell, we need to know:

the length and width of the standard cloth the customer wants
the length and width of the finished cloth

The standard cloths aren't a problem in Actinic 6, but I can't see the best method of getting the [optional] size they want it cut to from the customer. Drop down lists aren't an option as there are hundreds of possible sizes.

Are prompts the only "text box" option available? Is it possible to have more than one prompt for each product (e.g. "Length" and "Width")?

We charge for the cutting down service, but I don't want to price-penalise customers who cut their own cloth. Is there a way I can automatically charge customers who order non-standard products (e.g. a simple £2 per cloth)?

    regards

Here's a readme that implements product width * depth calculations. Even if it's not exactly whay you want it may give you some ideas re concatenating several custom form info fields into one long one for gathering your info in.
