Using components and taking price/name from associated product

That works just fine - and is a great time saver over our old Version 4 but there is one problem which I cannot see an obvious solution to - the product price displayed on the product pages doesn't reflect the price of the components!

is there an option I missed somewhere, or possibly a variable I could put into the template to display the price including components (they're not optional).

Another problem (for optional components) is that the HTML name (it seems) cannot reflect the associated name or price, theseonly appear when you add to the cart.

Any help on either of these would be a big help - the associated price/name feature is great but I just can't use it atm unless I can find a work-around for the above.

This is a limitation of the implementation, the only thing that you can do is to indicate the price difference in the component title.
