All of our products are country specific. Each country has its own section. It would be extremely useful to be able, at either product level, or section level, to select which countries the product or section could be shipped. At present there is no way to prevent someone selecting a product from one country and specifying a delivery address in a different country at checkout, thus requiring us to contact them to resolve the matter. What I have in mind is to have something like the "limited by location" feature in payment methods, or shipping zones in the shipping and handling settings.
The idea would be to have a shipping zone selected for each section, which would only contain the country or countries to which the products in that section could be shipped. When the customer went to checkout, they would only be presented with those countries in the drop-down shipping country field.
