The "Supplement Features" of Actinic are over written by the UPS Online tools used in the U.S. version.
They appear in Actinic, and you can input data as if it mattered, but the data is ignored when using UPS Online as a "shipping service provider".
Good thought, but it's been tried.

So you want UPS shipping to not override the feature that already exists, on just the US version of Actinic. You don't need new features, you just want existing ones to work and not be affected by shipping methods exclusive to the US.Comment
