Delivery Cost Estimate On View Cart

It would be good if customers could enter their postcode on the "view cart" page and receive a delivery estimate.

There is an option to use "Request Location Information Early" in Settings menu > Business Settings > Ordering > Misc. If it is greyed out it requires quantity to be on a confirmation page not product page which can be set at Design menu > Design Options > Shopping mode. See the Help menu > Help topics > The 'Ordering' Panel and Changing The Shopping Mode. It says:
"Select this option if you want customers to specify their location as soon as they add their first item to the cart, rather than when they checkout. This allows SellerDeck to work out shipping/tax charges as early as possible. This option is disabled if any section in the store has their shopping mode set to anything other than 'Quantity on Confirmation Page'."

So it is restrictive as it does not work with the normal setup and could be improved.
