Digital Downloads to be sent to Delivery address

We use digital downloads and unlike physical products, where you specify a different delivery address so you can send the goods to a different address e.g. a gift, with Digital Downloads, the digital download gets sent to the Invoice address, not the delivery address. So all our gift purchases, the purchaser has to forward the link on.

I don't get the logic myself and it is really irritating.

Please fix this ASAP.

I would imagine this is quite an easy change to make to the code. If you want it ASAP you could try contacting one of the code developers on the forum. I don't think it would be an expensive bit of work.
