For an offline email template:

tracking number is displayed
but
<actinic:variable name="DateShipped" />
shipping date is just blank
Why?
- feels like this feature has been half baked from the start... and no-one came back to complete it.
There are a couple variables workarounds in the advanced guide, but please
make all variables display the data, for both online and offline emails as default.
