From 'Housekeeping | Backup | Recover Database…' you can choose to restore either the current backup or the previous backup of the database made when exiting SellerDeck Ecommerce. You can also restore the database from any other form of backup that you may have chosen to make. Note that when restoring the database you will lose any changes made since the backup was made including orders downloaded and changes made to orders.
