The price base for a wholesaler should be stock purchase price rather than Retail price as this makes it difficult to calculate price breaks.
It is possible to exclude Unregistered customers from the site using the option in Settings | Business Settings | Ordering. You can then use the buy-in price as the base, and set up a price schedule for prices at 120% etc.
