Select 'Settings | Business Settings | Order Processing'
In the Report Options section, check the box for 'Allow Export to Files' and set the file path names as required.
The files are created by selecting 'Reports | Outstanding Exports', or right-clicking on an order and selecting 'ReExport To Files'.
