All tills using SellerDeck EPOS in a network must be using an EPOS Network dongle. If one till shows 'Solo' as the 'license type' on the main screen then you should contact SellerDeck to get the correct license dongle.
As a result of this you may experience the following problems:
* You cannot “copy data from server” on one of the tills
* After resetting a zread on a till, the reports on the back office machine are still coming up with “#error”
* After resetting a zread, the transactions are being written into the tills local database and not onto the back office PC.
* When you add new products into the EPOS system via the till, the products are not appearing on the back office PC or other tills even after performing a “Copy Data from server”.
