"Error setting Global Variables from main database 3024” or “Cannot find Data.mdb”

If you see one of the following errors when opening SellerDeck EPOS, please see the solution below:

Error setting Global Variables from main database 3024

Cannot find Data.mdb

Solution:

1. Close down EPOS. Go to ‘My Computer’ | C:\Checkout and locate an Access Database named x.mdb - If you can see this then rename any data.mdb file to be dataold.mdb and then rename the x.mdb file to be data.mdb. Be careful not to name the file extension twice, check to see if you are hiding the file extension name before re-naming.
2. Restart EPOS
