When printing a report, if you get the following error, please see the solution below:

2213 There was a problem retrieving printer information for this object

Solution:

1. Firstly try re-installing your printer driver.
2. If this error message still appears then try installing an earlier version of the printer driver.
3. If the error message still appears then download Cutepd, you will be able to test printing with it so see if it’s a printer issue. You can even print via Cutepdf. Download the program free from here
