    My customer display message is not appearing on my Pole display.

    If you enter a “Customer display message”, this message will only appear when you are on the sales screen, and have pressed “Lock”, so lock the sales screen. Please see below:
    1. Open SellerDeck EPOS.
    2. Go to ‘Setup’ (tab at top of screen)
    3. Go to ‘This till”, then go to the ‘printing’ tab.
    4. Ensure the ‘Customer Display Active’ tick box is ticked, then click ‘close.
    5. Go to the ‘Sales’ Screen, then press ‘Lock’.

    The customer display message will now appear on your pole display.
