I am using a Content Delivery Network and orders are going into Pending PSP

Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports. If you are using or have started using a CDN (Content Delivery Network) and orders are going into the 'Pending Payment Service Provider' area of your Sellerdeck software even though they have been authorised, it may be that the CDN is blocking the IP address of the server, or sending a message asking for validation which cannot be answered.

In order to stop this happening, you will need to 'whitelist' the following list of IP addresses at your CDN provider: -

Once this has been done all subsequent orders should correctly go into the 'Pending' area of the software.
