    I can't log into my account

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports.

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI are being replaced by SellerdeckPay powered by ClearAccept:

    There are a number of rules regarding logging onto your SelelrDeck Payments powered by Creditcall account. These rules are part of compliance with PCIDSS and cannot be changed. They are as follows.

    Login
    • Inactive accounts are automatically disabled after 90 days.
    • Accounts are locked after 6 unsuccessful login attempts.
    • Locked accounts are unlocked after a period of 30 minutes. *


    Passwords
    • Password must be changed every 90 days.
    • The minimum password length is 7 characters.
    • New passwords must not be the same as any of the last 4 passwords.
    • Passwords must contain at least 1 alphabetic character.
    • Passwords must contain at least 1 numeric character


    * SellerDeck payments admin area accounts are usually locked for 30 minutes, but can sometimes be permantly disabled, in this case you need to email services@sellerdeck.co.uk to have the account re-enabled.
