SellerDeck allows you to choose where the Section List appears (Main Menu Bar, Left, Right). Likewise for the Brochure Page List. You control these via Settings / Site Options / Design Wizard / Section List Position and Brochure Page List Position.
If you're using an alternative menu system, you may want to disable these items from showing.
You can do this by adding a None option to these two settings. Do this by going to Design / Library / Variables / Design Wizard / Wiz4_SectionPageList / Values. Click New and enter the value None. Click OK. Choose Wiz5_BrochureList / Values and again enter the value None. OK out.
You now have a None option in Settings / Site Options / Design Wizard / Section List Position and Brochure Page List Position.
