Fatal Error importing snapshot

I cant import my backup snapshot from another pc, i am receiving the following:

FATAL ERRORS

A few things to check...

It says the file has been 'caught' , try rebooting your PC and trying again.

Are you using the same software version on both PCs?
Are you trying to recover from an earlier issue or just transfer the catalog etc. to another PC?
Can you take another snapshot form the source PC and try again?

You may have a corrupted snapshot file. The snapshot is actually a zip file renamed as .acd - see if you can open the file in 7Zip.
