Help! Side List is all wrong...

The Section List on the left hand side is all default to page called:

Act_PreviewWarningPage.html?ACTION=SHOWCART

How do I fix this?

I've tried refreshing the site, but the same.

I've solved it.

- Went into themes, and clicked "apply" and then re-uploaded.
(site looks a bit weird now)

But I don't understand how such a thing happened...
- last thing done was to modify the shipping zones.
