I have activated Feefo on our site http://packitdirect.co.uk/acatalog/About_Us.html on a 30 day trial.
Activated by:-
Entering details into Marketing> 'Customer Feedback Configuration' Tested and all OK.
Also within Product> Section details> Page settings Attributes to 'TRUE' for Products and Sites.
Each product also has the correct Feefo Attributes to show.
When you load up a page you can see it is gathering info from FEEFO but nothing is showing.
Also the HTML code on the pages within the footer seems to be present and OK.
At present the site does not have any feedback but it should show something?
Any suggestions.
