Duplicating/Duplicate Orders V9
My ordering website uses a payment on account structure so no money is actually exchanged when ordering they just receive an invoice with the goods. However when a customer orders at the moment I receive two duplicate orders. The first actinic says is unsigned and shouldn't be trusted and the second is the actual order. All details are exactly the same and I can't understand why this is happening!! Please Help.

Are the order numbers the same?
Where is the first order going (which orders tab?)

The order numbers are different by 1 so for example. One order is 00004 and the other is 00005. Both orders end up in pending.

Its like when i click next after re-entering the password then the details are sent twice?

Is that usual to re-enter your username and password to order or is that something you have had added in?

and yes you do usually have to reenter your password.
