'Non of the above' drop down menu

Help please.
I'd like to change the text 'Non of the above' to 'International' that appears in the drop-down menu selection during checkout. Is this possible? I've searched the forum but..

Go to ADVANCED | LOCATIONS and scroll down to "None of the above" and edit.

That should do it.
