Vendor Email?

Hi

I have had my site running for 3 days now and getting quite a few orders..

For some reason it is hot and miss if I get copied on the customer email order confirmation. I get the "Catalog Order Received" bit every time and about 70% of the order copies. Worldpay is also fine.

I have checked the CC field and my email address is fine

Is this usual or do I have a problem. I really need to get these for my records.

Any ideas anyone.

This behaviour is a feature of Worldpay transactions.

If the customer does not return to your site after completing the WP transaction you don't get the confirmation email
