Adding Anchor points to Terms and Conditions

Hi
Probably a simple one for most but, how do I add anchor points to various sections in the Terms and Conditions page?

Go to Design / Library / Layouts / Terms and Conditions.
Click each of the "... Text" entries there, and at the top add a new line of code like:

<a name="aboutus"></a>

The above is for the About Us item. Best use lower-case alphanumerics only and no spaces.
