Outlook SMTP

Client points domain to my hosting with A record only. His email is through outlook.

Using localhost outgoing emails are now blocked by Mail Channels as spam.

Hosting support say

Send mail from the authenticated accounts instead of forwarding mails to our relays.

What are the SMTP and authentication settings for Outook to put in SD network settings?

As an aside - if the domain points to the hosting by A record the DNS is with the client. Suggest they add the hosting server IP and the domain name to the SPIF record
