Moving host?

I'm considering moving hosting from Sellerdeck due to the ongoing non pci compliance issues.

My concern is downtime and how to get email up and running fast?

Any advice or experiences much appreciated.

The issue is not necessarily about hosting, I would hold fire until the next SD release before you move.

Unfortunately not in a position to upgrade from my current version or I lose the ability to accept card payments through PayPal cards, with Sellerdeck restricting the option to only clearaccept from 18.22.

We are with Host-it which is pretty good.
not sure if it would be compliant on its own, but it is with Cloudflare.

If you are happy with Sellerdeck, and it is purely the PCI issue, then I’m sure using Cloudflare would resolve this without moving server.

I was in the same situation you were in regarding non-PCI compliance issues.

I only take PayPal payments using the Paypal widget inV18.2.2 and as you mentioned can't upgrade due to PayPal not being supported.

I took it up with Paypal about the whole PCI thing and they came back to me with that I only need to answer a questionnaire seeing as Paypal is PCI.

Thank you, I have the pci questionnaire completed with security metrics so hopefully ok.

I remember when I completed our security metrics PCI v4.0 SQ-A questionnaire I had to select the site domain host from a list of hosts presented in order to complete the submission.
The host we use was included on the list so I was able to complete the submission to get the AOC from security metrics.
I didn't notice if SD hosting was included on this list, however, I am informed that SD will be fulfilling the PCI DSS requirements for hosting, which is a small part of the overall requirements.

I have received emails from PayPal expressing that as I take cards via PayPal I must be compliant, due to Sellerdeck hosting being non compliant I am very concerned.
