Email Invoice Copies V9

I want to save paper etc by emailing invoices when apt to do so, but V9 reports page only lets me print. Any solutions?

www.mole-end.biz may be able to do this as pdfs. Checkout the site or give them a call.

Otherwise you'd have to print to pdf and then email the pdf.

Thanks for suggestion, but There doesn't seem to be an option to print to PDF, goes straight to printing.

You need something like CutePDF which allows you to pick PDF as an option when you print any document - very handy in all kinds of situations!

Absolutly brilliant little bit of softwar, needed to send customer invoices to another company for drop shipment, but could get a digital copy off Actinic. Installed this software and now i can make a .pdf to send. Great little tweak will be used alot. Cheers FrAz

We've switched off the printer in our office completely. Zero paper.
Printing to PDF works for both outgoing (sending receipts, invoices etc) and incoming (saving emails, web pages, documents) allowing us to manage all our documents electronically. Just need to make sure your electronic filing system is up to the job, including belt-and-braces backups.

Just trying to find an environmentally friendly way of giving the staff their "scribble pads". Currently using the back of the mountain of paper we previously had generated.

What prompted this was when we discovered that it was cheaper to buy a brand new laser printer (with cartridges) that it is to purchase the refill cartridges - crazy! Rather than collect printers we've gone paperless instead. Savings all round.
