If you have to process web orders outside of Actinic (v9.04) you loose many of the PSP features that are available to users that do use Actinic Order Processing. Specifically on the Progress and Payments several of the buttons are greyed out so if you have to check up on payments etc the only way it can be done is through the PSP admin screen which then means searching for each individual transaction. It would be nice to have these features available irrespective of how you process orders.
