    Actinic Payments - hosting issue

I am trying to use Actinic payments with our V9.0.5 website.

Our current PSP is SagePay, but we would like to swap to Actinic Payments.
I have added Actinic Payments as a website payment method,
    set to 'Production Mode'
cut and pasted the Terminal ID, Transaction Key and Hash Key

I've tried it both with 'Pre-auth' and 'charge immediately'
    I've got :
    Verify CVV2 set to Enforce
    Verify Address set to Check
Verify Post Code is set to Check
Verfiy 3DS for Visa - tried both On and Off
Verify 3DS for M/C - tried both On and Off

I've tried to do a wee on-line order with Actinic as my payment method, but get:
    Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Can't locate HTML/Entities.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8/BSDPAN /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8 . cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin) at (eval 44) line 66. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 44) line 66.
Can someone please tell me what we are missing?
    kind regards

I'm sure you've added the correct one, but worth checking anyway:

Have you added Actinic Payments Ecommerce or Actinic Payments CNP/MOTO?

      I've added Actinic Payments Ecommerce

I've also tried running it in test mode and turned off all verifications.... still get the same error.

We've got Verify Postcode set to Enforce - unlikely to make a difference but worth a shot I suppose.

OK. Who's your host? Have you done a network test and if so, does it pass?
            Refresh website? Change script ID?
The other thread you've posted on clearly fixed their problem as it's working fine with AP this morning.

              Network test works lovely
changing the script number causes refresh of scripts, but does not solve the problem
Payments work just lovely with SagePay, but not at all with Actinic Payments

Eileen, I suggest that you raise this with Actinic support. You're entitled to support for payments, irrespective of whether you have Actinic Cover.

I can assure you that AP is fully working with lot's of customers, so we should be able to get to the bottom of the issue.

I was getting errors with your site and SagePay. Have you fixed that now?

                  --edit--

Ah - worked out why - Sage won't accept "n/a" as the phone number input

I'm wondering if the problem we are having is because we performed things in this sequence:

                    installed
                    V9.0.5 JHZA

imported a snapshot of our V8.5.1 HIZA system
                    V9 behaved lovely

                    then we added Actinic Payments

Could there be some leftover old style V8 payments stuff in our V9 system?

When I installed Actinic Payments to V8.5.3 (about a year ago) we had a problem which was eventually resolved by support. I had to add
Act_OCCActPayOK.html, DigestSHAPurePerl.PM, Act_OCCActPayError.html, and PostOCCActPay.fil to the Additional files for uploading.

Support could not explain why the files were not being uploaded but adding the files sorted the problem. They can all be found in CommonOCC\Output.

                      Might be worth a try

                        Hi malbro
thanks for the suggestion... I have looked and
the files show in my Design->Additional Files
and are physically present in the directory
and are physically present on the ISP

Looks like you need Actinic support then, I found them very helpful when I had the problem, they had the answer by the next day so great service.

                            Hi Malbro...
yes, I've supposedly got support on the case, but I'm not thrilled with the email guy who has been my prime contact - he obviously didn't look at the diagnostic files I sent.

When I get a resolution, I will post it here in on this thread

                            cheers

                              Hi Eileen

As discussed through a couple of the support guys and emails yesterday, I'd sent an email this morning suggesting that the hosting company should reinstall the perl module " Entities.pm ". I'm not sure if you have received that email as yet.

This solution was suggested by development after looking at the various files sent, i.e. network settings, the server diagnostic file, etc.

Please can you confirm if you've received that email - it was sent to you at about 11.45 this morning. Kindly let us know what your hosts have to say.
