    Problems importing v9 sites

    I'm having issues importing v9 sites, v11 seems to hang after it complains that the database has corruption that wouldn't have been noticed in previous versions then adds a key to the OrderColor table, CPU usage is 0 and it doesn't seem to be doing anything constructive with files.

    Interestingly, this happens both with our "main" website which has an order number over 10k and our "small" trade website that has only a couple of hundred orders and I only created about 3-4 months ago.

    Any ideas?

    Current version of Actinic v11 running in a Win7 x64 Pro VM

    Suggest contacting Actinic support (phone if you have cover contract or email ) so they can have a look at the snapshots and try replicating the import issue.

      I managed to figure it out with some ODBC tracing, Actinic v11 was hanging due to the External Link I was using being inaccessible. Looks like it just kept retrying instead of timing out and giving an error.
