T&C's not displaying

Hi,
My Terms & Conditions will not display within Prime theme on a brochure page,.

I've have my T&C's ready, and I've created a T&C brochure page, then within 'Design /Design Options ' I have pointed the 'Information Link' at bottom of this dialouge to point T&C's to this brochure page,.

can't figure why it aint displaying,. what am I missing ???

Did you manage to solve your problem with the terms and conditions, I am having a similar problem when i am testing my site the terms & conds link in the footer no longer works it just refreshes the current page whatever it is your are on!!!

it appears as if the url is no longer linking within the software has anybody ever come across this before ?

My mistake I had disabled it in the design options seems to be working fine now...
