You can download your old version again here:
    http://www.sellerdeck.co.uk/index.ph...tegory/archive

You will need to have your product key and know which specific version you were using as well.

I think this link will give you your Actinic version number for your site: http://goo.gl/Al1a1S

If your site is (you've not told us so we're somewhat guessing) http://www.fantasygirl.co.uk then it's 9.0.5.

It is unlikely that the hard drive has been wiped and programs removed, you need to check they are there before you rush to install software again which may inadvertently affect what you already have.

It could be disappearing icons, you needed to check that first and this was being explained on the other topic where the first thing I said was "You don't need to reinstall the Actinic if the programs are still there" as it was being asked whether you could browse to the program folder and also check the icons, desktop and apps. You should have taken that advice as it sounds like you ignored it and are in the middle of installing software which may overwrite the site you already have. If you stopped the install it may end up with files deleted or half installed and could cause further problems. You may be okay if you have a very recent snapshot backup which you can import again into the software after you have re-installed it.

In that case it seems that you have refreshed and indeed reset your PC back to the default and in so doing deleted all your desktop apps. Do you have a recent backup snapshot of your version 9 snapshot?.

No. You cannot "download the website".

Use Windows search to look for any residual files.
